Q: Will the products shed?
A: It takes some time for the loose wool in a new product to work it's way out. This is not shedding but simply wool that was cut when the skins where cut. Once the loose fibers are gone there will be no "shedding" of any kind.
Q: What is the difference between natural white and bleached white?
A:Natural white is not as bright as bleached white. Please see side by side picture below:
Q: I like one of your colors in your dye to order color chart. But, I do not want different colored tips. Can I request to dye the color without the different colored tips?

Q: My blanket/rug got wet, what should I do?
A: No problem if your fur blanket gets wet - but you can NOT dry it in a tumbler or on a heater! Just wait for it dry by itself.

A: We have delivery confirmation numbers, which we check regularly. If your item has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so that we can check the delivery confirmation information. It may be the case that your item was attempted to be delivered and is being held by the post office, since signatures are required to deliver.

Q: Does the fur need any attention when I first receive it?
A: Yes, you should shake out your fur when you receive it and on a regular basis. If you notice any smell from the compact packaging of the fur, the smell is natural. You just need to let it air out. Another way to neutralize any odor that is the most effective is to thoroughly spray and dampen the fur with a mix of 2/3 water with 1/3 Fabreze, then allow the fur to air dry. Do not moisten the leather backing and do not let it place it under the sun directly.
Every few month you should shake out the blanket/rug but not too hard. In case you have a stain on your blanket/rug - wipe it out carefully with a sponge and a little bit of soap if needed.
Q: Is your white fur snow white or off white?
A: Our white fur is bleached snow white. We also have natural off white, an unbleached color. Both colors are available for all of our items.
Q: Do you have more of the same item I am interested in available?
A: We have large quantities of most in stock items available.

A: We can custom make any size for most items, and the price will depend on the measurements. We have over 150 colors available. We are now offering pantone color match service.

A: They are the same kind of lamb, with two different names.
Q: How are your shipping rates calculated and do you charge for handling?
A: Most of our products are directly shipped from our manufacturer overseas. Your shipping amount is the actual charge for international air mail. We do not charge for handling, unless an order needs to be expedited upon request from the customer.
Q: Do you send payment and/or shipment confirmations?
A: You will receive a payment receipt to let you know that your order is being processed. This e-mail also serves as your shipping confirmation as your item will be shipped within 6 business days (a custom item takes longer).
Q: If I pay a few days later is that a problem?
A: No, that is not a problem as we send out payment reminders as a courtesy but please let us know if there is a problem with the payment.
